Game Idea:
A team based super powered hero vs villain which each team has to complete objectives in order to win. Each side will choose powers before the game begins, then they must fight to achieve certain map based goals. This mod could be done in UT2K4. Any comments?

That sounds really cool. But there'll be different character models for different types of superheroes, correct?

I can do some voices if you want, I do a good Sean Connery, Arnold, and Meatwad; I can pretty much immitate or emulate anyone with a distinctive voice (with the exception of high pitched voices, I have my limits). I also do a damn good Frank Sinatra, and Golem. I'll get some samples up when I get a mic on Sunday.

The mod will consist of 4 main types of assets, design, code, art, and audio. This will determine the organization of the project. There will be 4 teams, design, code, art, and audio. No team will have exclusive members. Anyone can be in as many or as few teams as they prefer. Each team can assign its own lead.
Design Team
The objective of this team is to provide the concepts for creative assets to be produce by the other three teams. This team will mainly be involved in producing design and technical documentation for the project. The main goal of this team is to provide documentation that will clearly dictate the necessary work needed by the other 4 parties to achieve the overall mod concept.

Mod Designer
Technical Designer
Project Planner
Project Tracker
Expected Production Items:
Game Design Document
Technical Design Document
Project Plan
Project Tracking
Code Team
The objective of this team is to produce the necessary code to execute the concept as detailed by the design documents. The team will mainly be involved in producing code and script as needed throughout the mod. The main goal of this team is to provide the code which properly executes the assets of the art and audio teams.

Game Mechanics Programmer
KAT Programmer

The objective of this team is to produce the art assets needed to complete the mod. The team will mainly be involved in producing 2D and 3D art assets as detailed by the design documents. The main goal of this team is to use the design documents to provide visual assets for the mod.

I have the capabilities to record high quality guitar/bass tracks. I have a friend here at college who is REALLY good (like, nearly John Mayer good) at guitar, and I can run a good bassline. Let me know if you'd like anything.
