My 360 Has Arrived, a Photo Tribute.

So, I get home on Monday after running some errands...and I look over to the other door and see that my mom has brought in a package. I notice its size, blink, and look closer. Who is it addressed to?

Xbox 360 Premium Pack. This box truly is dense, it's like a small black hole has taken up residence inside. Maybe agn has filled it with bricks? Time to open it.

It is real! Time to do some unpacking and see what else is in the box. Like this paper, telling me I've bought the most exciting product on the planet. (And that I should insure it.)

Everything else is in there, from the hefty but silent power supply, to the sweet wireless controller. There's even a free ethernet cable that is probably around 16 feet, I didn't unwind it, but it's a good size.

Since I don't have an HDTV of my own, I took the 360 to my girlfriend's house to plug it into her 24" Dell widescreen. I had to run back for a cable for audio, but all was well. Full resolution 1080i on this beast. Looks great in HD, we played Hexic, a few downloaded trailers, and some PGR3.

All is well in my home now, with the heat from the 360 - which isn't bad, the exhaust out of the back of the console is warmer than the power supply, just don't put them too close together or surround it with your shag carpet collection. So, what was the first message I got on the new and improved Xbox Live Gold?

I'm not too poor for XBL, I've had it for my Xbox. I think I got a year card on sale even, for $39. And then got another year for my birthday last year. And, existing XBL accounts that get moved onto the 360, get XBL Gold.

It's short as hell...no replay value...sure there is 2 endings but you can just reload the checkpoint(edited for spolier) and do sumthing differnet.

its just theres a choice you can make, but it doesnt matter because it doesnt affect the real ending.
