I will admit I do too. A nice cheddar or perhaps a gouda.

In the words of some great and wise cool person, "Cheese is good."

Cheese is awesome. I'm personally partial to a good Monterey Jack. Or Colby Jack. Though I just recently found you can get brick-style Swiss at the grocery store where I work, and it's pretty good.
I like spicy cheese, but i admit when I see swiss or cheddar blocks with some toothpicks and crackers, I'm all over it.
Gouda used to be a big favorite of mine, but notsomuch anymore.
Cheese is good.

Kraft Easy Cheese in a can is sweet. Also Cheese Whiz on a PAt's Cheese Steak owns all.

Behold the power of cheese. :-D
Anyway I love cheese, I just don't haev much of it. The only cheese I have really is those land o lakes or store brand American cheese slices. And then once in a while those square shaped rectangle bricks of cheese you get near the butter. Usually sharp or extra sharp. I think having to much cheese can be bad for you though. I certainly hope thats not the case, although I don't have enough cheese to have to worry about that.
