Worst:

Colin McRae 2005 - too similar to previous editions, no significant improvement.
Ridge Racer - DS - awful, awful, awful

Best:

Burnout Legends PSP - Revenge: Burnout Legends for the PSP is just a great arcade racer, it's got near all the elements of the Big brother versions, all put on to one UMD. Burnout Revenge keeps up where Burnout 3 left off.

Ridge Racers: For the PSP, some of the best games on it are racers, this is one of them. Great speed, good control, fun to play.

Worst:

Burnout Legends for the DS: Most racing games on the DS seem to have issues with control, but this game just sucks at everything. Compaired to the PSP version, this game sucks.

Ridge Racer for the DS: use above answer, replace Burnout Legends with Ridge Racer.

Midnight Club 3: Dumbass Edition ( I can't bring myself to say "dub" I just can't )

For me-- it's most fun and that comes down to two titles.

Burnout Revenge and Mario Kart DS.

Both are innovative in certain respects and don't make me feel like I'm picking up grocerries in my car...ehem...Project Gotham...

pgr3 wasn't bad either.

i absolutely hated crash nitro kart though, have no idea why my most of my friends bought that or play it all the time -_-
