I've tentatively got a telephone interview scheduled with Brandon Cobb, President of Super Fighter Team, the company releasing Beggar Prince (http://www.beggarprince.com/), a new RPG for the Sega Genesis. (Previous Allgames thread about the game can be found here (http://forums.allgames.com/showthread.php?t=11713).)

We're tentatively recording the interview Tuesday afternoon sometime, if things work out. This is the thread where you can suggest questions to be asked, since we won't be able to record the interview live on the stream. Once the interview is completed, I'll close this thread.

If we're successful in getting the interview, it will be played on the January 15th episode of The Bobby Blackwolf Show.

What tools did they use to develop? Genesis Dev Kit? ROM tools?
What other systems have/are they developing on?
How big is the estimated market for this title?
Was it difficult to finance the project?

Why Genesis? Why not GBA?

Why Genesis? Why not GBA?

To be fair (since I won't be asking this question) - it's because this is a Taiwanese game released on the Genesis over THERE in 1996 that is being localized for the US market.

I'm assuming that they aren't the original copyright holders, so I'm curious as to how they got the license to localize the game.

Did you have many game testers for this?

Did you use the actual hardware to test the game or use emulators?

Interview conducted, it's another really nice long one (a little over 30 minutes.) Thanks for the questions, all of them were asked (except for gk128's.)
