I have a couple questions about the music stream.
1. Where do you guys get the music?
2. Can we request songs to be added?
3. Also is there a list of songs already on the stream?

The music, so far, has come from my personal collection of soundtracks I've bought. We've also received a couple of donations from composers. We're in the process of getting a large donation from inside the industry, it's just taking some time to get that.
You can request, but no guaruntees on anything soon. The corollary of this is no, we are not accepting listener's soundtrack selections either right now. We want to get that large donation in place first before allowing people to send us MP3's of their favorite stuff. But I will say what we're gearing towards:
1. Full, original, soundtracks. Not Game Rips, and not single songs. I have a lot of stuff from N64 games, but they're basically audio recordings of the game on pause. We want to present the music as the composer intended. (The exception to this are older CD-ROM games with Redbook Audio - we have several songs on the stream that were ripped from the audio tracks of Sega CD games, such as Sonic CD, The Terminator, Silpheed, Lunar: The Silver Star, and Mortal Kombat.)
2. Live Covers. Key word there is live. Yes, I know that OCRemix exists. There are waaaaaaaaaaaay too many computer generated remixes out there of game music, and I'm afraid of opening the floodgates to anyone with a good synth. However, live bands (Minibosses, The OneUps, The Black Mages) and symphony recordings (Orchestral Game Concert Series, More Friends) are fair game, and we're going to be adding other live performances to the mix pretty soon.
Another thing is that I'm trying to keep the songs to original recordings, not licensed tracks. We've broken this a tad bit with both Destroy All Humans and Stubbs The Zombie, since those were touted as "original" tracks but they were actually just licensed for the game from those bands. I'm looking to get the original score for both of those games to reintroduce to the stream, since they are nominated for some GANG awards.
As for the list of songs, well..._I_ have a list. But that's because it's all my stuff. :> There's about 3 days worth of stuff in rotation right now, which is not a lot. There's lots of repeats, I know. However, we are planning a lot of stuff in the future that will allow for a searchable database of all of our songs and some other interactive elements. You'll just have to bear with us on that one - it's not a top priority at the moment.

If we send you some songs and you like them enough, would you be willing to put them up?
I dont have anything worthy yet but I've been messing around a lot lately and thought itd be pretty cool to see allgames made stuff on there. I'm sure Blank would have some stuff to put up as well :D

Unless you wrote it for a video game, no, it won't go into rotation. I'm not willing just yet to go the G4 route and add stuff that "might" be interest to "some" gamers.
However, that's not to say that Scot wouldn't play it during All Games Interactive. I'm sure he's more than willing to play community-created content during the show.

What if we had our own rendition of a Zelda theme? Would that work?

Honestly depends on the quality, in terms of getting it into rotation.

There is a rather sizable amount of Doom Soundtrack remakes out there, many are particularly good.
