It tells me to install the missing plug-in, but Firefox cant find it

It tells me to install the missing plug-in, but Firefox cant find itRight click on the link on that page and save it to yer HD. Then go to File>Open File and select it. You'll then have to restart FF. At least, that's how I did when I ran onto the same issue.

There should be a link underneath the player in Firefox that will download the plugin if you click on it.

It's basically a Firefox extention, What you need to do is click on the link below, You might get the little pop on top that says To Protect your computer, Firefox prevented this site (www.allgames.com) from installing software on your computer. You will see the edit option on the right, Click on that and you'll see a window asking you to allow www.allgames.com, Click on allow then your back on that page again, Click on this link below and it will shoa a software installation window, In about 5 seconds, The install button will apear, Click on that and it will install the pluggin to your browser, You will need to restart Firefox after that so that it loads up with that pluggin.

My post has nothing to do with liking or disliking your help. I honestly think you should try for a help desk job. Is help desk beneath you or something? You take it as an insult.

I don't know where you get that idea about a help desk, All I was doing is explaining what the person needed to do, Not everyone knows how to use some of the features on Firefox.

That's pretty much what a help desk person does.
