Because of the seeming popularity and success of our coverage of the Independant Games Festival, I wanted to see if there were any indy games YOU wanted us to talk about. I am planning to take the show away from just recent big name news (although that will always be a part of the show) and talk about recent indy game news, and give some coverage to people who typically don't get any coverage.
So, is there any really cool indy PC game you've been playing that you want us to talk about? There's a whole bunch out there, and I want to see if you had any favorites that we should look at first.

For some reason, I have it in my head that I played Savage from S2 games sometime ago, but I don't remember where.

Ascendancy.
That was a great game. The logic factory (http://www.logicfactory.com/games_ascendancy.htm) never made that many games though. I wish they would hurry up and get working on the second one.

I guess we should qualify independent cause technically EA is independent. Let's just say small to medium releases.

My favorite is definitely Darwinia. I'm not the biggest fan of RTS games; I'm more of a turn-based guy, but this game got me hooked, and it's probably because of it's unique style. The genre is not strictly strategy due to its gameplay style; it's more of a strategy/Pikmin/arcade hyrbrid. Not only is the gameplay very cool, but the environment and sound of the game is very immersive. They make you feel like you are part of a growing world rather than just a game.

Rumble Box. It's so fun seeing blocks crumble to tinier blocks.
