This is a couple of weeks old, according to this NPR article (http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=5482774), but I did a search and didn't see it listed. Anyway, Weird Al Yankovic has put a new song up for free download on his website (http://www.weirdal.com) (it's in the middle of the front page, you'll see it in bold letters, with about 10 or so mirrors). The song is called "You're Pitiful" and is a parody of "You're Beautiful" by James Blunt. If you've watched Brokeback Mountain, you're probably familiar with the song.
Anyway, it's a good listen, and it's free! This song won't be on Al's new album, because of some legal/political reasons (read: stupid record lable suits). The album was supposed to be released last Tuesday, June 27th, but has been delayed due to the legal disputes. No firm release date has been given, but Al says it will be out "As soon as humanly possible."
