View Full Version : Is a Fantastic Forum Blog on the way?

Or at the very least, a blog on the mainstream and/or indie comics scene?
Someone (other than me) really needs to make that happen. :p I'd definitely offer up my typing fingers if I thought I could contribute consistently, but one blog is all that I could securely commit to at this time. That being said, if someone else picks up the gauntlet, I'd definitely love the opportunity to occasionally contribute.

Nobody has proposed a comics blog to me yet. I don't think I'd call it Fantastic Forum unless it involved the cast of the upcoming show, however.
(Yes, the show is coming, we're just going to bring it in with other new radio affiliates.)

Makes perfect sense, Bobby...I'll be happy to see it return. :)

So, wait we can do more than just gaming blogs? I had a second idea for a movie one, but I wasn't sure if they would fit into the site. I'd love to team up with someone if that is what you're looking for. Movies next to games is like my life. :D

I already have a blog (CGCS) but i LOVE movies as well. I'd gladly help you. I dont think a movie blog would make sense, unless I'm completely mistaken. The only reason a comic blog would go up is because allgames.com has a podcast about comics....which is weird cause it doesnt have anything to do with games, so i might be contradicting myself lol.

Right now, we are concentrating on games. The site is technically "Not Just Talk About Games, It's What Gamers Are Talking About" (ever scrolled to the bottom of the forums?) but I am trying to keep things concentrated to just gaming topics for right now.
R3quiem's right - the only reason I'd even entertain a Fantastic Forum blog is because we're doing the Fantastic Forum podcast. I personally don't want this to become another G4, and Mayor Young agrees - even he hopes that Fantastic Forum is the only "non-gaming" content we offer. At least for the time being.
