Well first I wouldn't spam up gaming forums to find a job. One thread is fine - three, not so much.

Second, read up on Gamasutra.com as it has some great material on how to get a job. Then, go to Gamejobs.com and see if there are any openings in your area.

Then, apply like you would any other job.
