I also liked Brandon Routh as Superman but it was a little hard to get past the fact that Lois looked like a little girl.

Being a huge Superman fan, I thought the movie was just ok.
It had it's awesome moments, but for being a Superman movie and the fact that he doesn't, NOT ONCE, throw a single punch the entire movie, (it's true, watch it again) just left me wanting way too much more. I know, you're saying, "He's Superman, he doesn't need to punch or kick or blah blah!" but I wanted more action for my buck. Just felt unsatisfied that's all.
Kick some super ass Superman!

And now the fact that they might be scrapping the sequel to put Routh in the Justice League movie, which should be awesome if done right, leaves me waiting more for that ass kicking Superman only movie.

Kate Bosworth is 23. That makes Lois Lane a 23 yr old with a pulitzer and a 5yr old son. How does that make sense? If superman 1 and 2 are still in the continuity, all of that happened when Lois was 18? Really?

Just because Kate is 23 doesn't mean her character is 23. If we go by that logic then almost every movie and TV show out there is messed up. The problem isn't that Kate is 23, it is that that actually looked like she was 23.

But hey, if they are going by comic book logic then I guess it is alright. Every time new people come into a comic book the looks including the characters change and age never seems to be a problem. Seems like Lex should be in a nursing home by now crapping in is pants.
