I really enjoy this show a lot. It has been one site where I call my next home. I have called twice already. Which my name is Eric from Newport News, VA. I'm a new listener to the show which is about 2 weeks and counting. What a fun 2 weeks it has been and looking forward to more great shows to come.

Now I have always had a passion where I always wanted to start my own show. Especially now that it is so easy to get software which is not so expensive and sites where you could just upload your recording. I know for a fact keeping your show entertain and getting everything clicking right is very hard to do.

So I have a question for everyone. I always wanted to write about video games and get my voice and thoughts about what is going on the in the Video Game Industry out there. I have been doing that on my Blog Site which is Passion For Games (http://www.passionforgames.net). This is where I have gain some traffic and some comments back so I know people are reading which got me more interested in growing on the site. It also has gotten me into starting my own Podcast show. Now I know to be in the Video Game Industry is hard to do. I always wanted to become a writer for the game industry but never really was a great person in school. Where I could have went to college get my requirements for school. So now that I have seen so many Bloggers out there make some what of a living posting up there writings and thoughts on several topics out there. What you all have for suggestions for a person like me that has a passion for games and want to talk about it and grow my site. What you all think what is possible out there. I know it takes hard work and maybe LUCK. I'm not saying I'm going to quite my day job and just take on this. I just want to start something and try my best to make it grow.

Also I have heard there is Freelance Writers out there that writes about Video Games. Now where can I get information on that and where do I need to start. If anyone has any suggestions please let me hear it. Also Mr.Young, Jess, Scot if you do read this please let me know on your next show what you all have to say.

Thanks again for this show that bring to us as listeners. Since I have been listening you have really got me interested in more becoming excited about gaming and not just about playing games. BUT got me excited about talking and expressing my thoughts about gaming. Thanks again guys! You have a great day!!!

We encourage listeners to create their own shows and if they can make them about a niche genre or something that is well produced (TDIG comes to mind) it can really gain momentum fast.
As far as blogging just keep doing it. Write every day and when you've got some good stuff on your blog you can send it to various editorial job postings that you'll see online from time to time. See you in chat thanks for the post

Where is the TDIG Podcast Located at?

I enjoy listening to different podcast out there. Because I will be doing my own podcast as well. So when I listen to different gaming podcast out there. It could give me a better understanding of how to setup my Podcast.

If anyone has any other suggestions or advice about starting a podcast and how to make it work well. Like All Games Interactive and so many other popular podcast out there. Please let me know!

Thanks and have a great thursday. Getting closer to the weekend.

My one piece of advice is maybe throw together some pilot episodes with what your ideas are and then it would be easier to give some advice. Welcome to the community.

The TDiG podcast can be found at tdig.allgames.com. If you're the iTunes type, you can subscribe to it here (http://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewPodcast?id=219750749). Give it a listen, and I hope you enjoy what you hear.

As for advice, what I do is nothing compared to what Blackwolf, AGI, and OLR do on a weekly basis. My only advice to you is that, like most things in life, it's not about the actual event, it's how you prepare for it. Things can happen spontaneously, but, more often than not, the best content comes from the people that prepare the best, which is something I've had trouble with over the past couple of weeks.
