When I did mine I just kept shrinking it till it fit.

When I just downloaded it from my photobucket account I checked the properties and it said it was 191 KB.

Bacon, that's only if you want to upload an image for a sig. Since you are using photobucket it doesn't effect you. You're just using a link wrapped in an image code (or whatever you call the )

Assuming does what? I own a PS2 at home. I like the Xbox 360. In fact if I were to get one of the NEXT gen systems beside the Wii I'd get a 360.
