Family Guy and Futurama as well but they're kinda getting old for me now as I've seen them all umpteen times at this point.

ATHF cracks me up and the new Venture Bros. I find suprisingly funny as well.

Family Guy is definitely the best series, but ATHF is an extremely close second.

P.S. : Good point on excluding the anime from the list, eventhough I watch that more often on adult swim, along with the 2 shows I listed above.
