End of Inuyasha draws near.

The series should be ending pretty soon.......around 170 or so........*crys* I want to say that the last episode will be released in October.....im not quite sure. *crys* Im downloading episode 162 as I type this.

I usually hate when series draw out and have a bunch of filler episodes, Yet with Inuyasha the filler was pretty good b/c it gave you more backround info on the characters and allowed for character development. This series is freakin good. The movies were awesome........I wonder what the cast/creator are going from here........

Yeah I heard about this too and got pretty upset, apparently the Manga I hear picks up around that episode.
In any case someone over at the [AS] forum posted a press release by the Japanese makers of Inu Yasha. Apparently in it they said that they were just gonna take a year off to make Gundam Seed 2 then will continue next year and wrap up Inu Yasha.
I'm not totally sure if this is all true as his link was in Japanese and well...I can't read that. But to me it kinda made sense as Inuyasha is still supposedly a very popular show in Japan. Also the fact that this popular show was supposed to end on a 2 part filler ep. I kinda found odd but oh well, I'll believe it's totally over once [AS] takes it off its rotation permenatly.

meh........adult swim hasn't even aired half of inuyasha......things get interesting when you meet the Schinintai around episode 104.........

but seriously atm Inuyasha is in filler limbo :( nothing wrong with that as most fillers are fun, but I like it to get back on track with the story. Plus one new ep a week makes me really want to go out and start buying the Manga. Looks like each one is about $20 but I can't find out how many pages it is. I don't really wanna pay $20 if its the length of an US comic ya know?

I liked it for the first few(about 10 or so) episodes but then it became a little boring for me. While some of the filler episodes may be decent there is still too much of it.

The series will end at 167 which appears to be an hour long finale.....next week. There have also been 3 movies......the first one was Ok the 2nd and 3rd were GREAT. And looky here!

yeah I feel ya (insert name).......after Inuyasha learns his Bakuryuhaa *back lash wave* in ep 54 up untill the introduction of the schinintai *102* is kinda like meh....other than when they fight Tsubaki the dark Miko.......

From 100-160 I would say only 4 eps were like meh........everything else has been badass.............

It sucks though that adult swim won't show new inuyasha episodes until i think it's october but im not sure. i got the first movie in english and it's awesome! ^_^

wow....if u liked the first movie....your eyes will have an orgasm when u see the 3rd. Even the 2nd movie was 10 times better than the first!

I saw the first and second films (subbed) and yeah the second film was real good. I can't wait for it to come to DVD so I can buy it. If the third is even better than the second I'll be real happy :)

I really agree with that, but i still can't over the fact that inuyasha will soon come to an end because inyasha is like one of my favorite anime cartoons ( it's second to fooly cooly)

Yes, and it doesnt do to "170", it made it a little over 200.
