I have it and it's a okay budget title.
It's kinda like making the TV show.
You chase down criminals, and try to raise the TV ratings of the show.
It has single player mode and two-player co-op.
One person drives (you can also use a steering wheel if you have one) while the other person shoots (light gun is an option).
Kinda short and slightly below-par graphics, but good for a budget game.
