Can't Listen To Radio?

When i go on the homepage, when i try and play the radio i hear a horrible noise and no sign of the radio starting up.
Help anyone?

I haven't been able to download the show on Itunes(for a few days now). For some reason the show starts, but the download stops immediately. :(
