If by "master" you mean "one who never gives up, regardless of the odds (or the facts in opposition to their position)" then I'd vote JamesPatrick.

However, if you instead mean a person who excels at debate and providing the necessary facts to support their position, then it's DerrickH...no question.

DerrickH always makes me laugh, and he's pretty quick witted and can come up with some pretty crazy shit out of nowhere, so it's pretty interesting to listen to his debates. James is a little to long winded and never really seems to make a point.

the only guy able to beat scot in a debate, yes scot tried to push back but james already won the argument. James is worthy of the quote "He is cocky but He can back it up" sometimes. However James need to put some strength into his word and speech, he is so mild mannered that anyone with a louder voice totally dominates him.

I have total respect for the others like jbishop and derrickh but james totally proven his point in this category. for me derrickh belongs to the best caller/fourthhost category.

James Patrick the only guy able to beat scot in a debate Thats not true, several people (including myself) have beaten Scot in a debate. I think JP is the best too, even though I don't like him as a person, he's the best debater on the poll.

J-Bishop and Derrick H just turn arguments into yelling matches with a few jokes. Ravensdolphin is just funny to listen to, he barely knows English. None of these 3 people present actual reasons, facts, or logic to their arguments, they're just funny. I'm not going to talk about myself, I don't want to seem cocky but I think I do a good job. I'll vote for JP for actually bringing facts and knowledge to his arguments, even though sometimes he seems like a know it all.

i somehow realized that several people did win debates with scot but Jamespatrick's debate was the most memorable ive heard. yes his point were clear.

oh and most derrickH debates are not real, they are just like lawrence's playing devils advocate to spice up the conversation. people please vote real debaters like jamespatrick, assumedkillah and jbishop. sorry raven.

i voted derrickh ,why, i think he is one of the best callers on the show and he will argue/debate anything just to make the show last longer, even if he knows nothing about what is being debated he makes it sound like he does
