I love the game, but I have no idea what they are talking about in the post assassination cinematics/the meetings after

Oh man. So... many... choices.

I have to go with the people-as-an-obstacle mechanic. Those beggars and drunkards were so fucking annoying. One of those drunkards made me fail an assassination mission (the ones where you need to kill x number of guards in x number of minutes) because it fucking pushed me into a guard when I had one more target left to kill.

Oh, and I still didn't fully comprehend WTF was happening in Altair's story either.

I want to double vote for the beggars and the crazies thanks to Altair's Attentionitis. Come on, why single him out of a crowd? Is it his clothes? Or is it only something that only the inebriated and the touched are privy to? We may never know...except that there's an accomplishment for punishing beggars that cross your path to make Altair a happier assassin.

I wanted to put the beggars and the drunks in the same cat. because they are the same to me.

The guards knowing I was an Assassin for little or no reason (like jumping) pissed me off the most.

Well I wondered about this too, but they don't know you're an assassin at first. As the game goes on they start to recognize you more so it takes less to get their attention. The dude who gives you your assignments even says that they're looking for the assassin in the white hood.

Maybe you should have his hands for that?

I voted for the ending. Or whatever the finishing part was supposed to be.

When everyone left the room, I was kind of expecting something else to happen. All I got was access to that one room where those three agent types were standing in and got to read another laptop. That's basically it outside of accessing the Animus again. I really feel like I didn't get an ending with my game.

Truthfully, I like the overall concept of where Desmond's story is going, but I think they really did a shoddy job explaining it all.

At least Altair's story was passable, and the vague parts were understandable (given the nature that he's an assassin, I'm not exactly expecting his whole life story, y'know?)

Just last night I wrote up my opinions of the game over on the G4 forums (http://forums.g4tv.com/thread.jspa?threadID=18612) because I had just beaten it right after. A lot of elements of the game made me irate, but at the same time I really found myself liking the game.

Drunks and crazies hands down; why would the guards give a rats ass about them anyways? =/

The dialogue sequences were too long/slow/boring. There wasn't enough of a story that I really cared what they were talking about. As Altair it was basically kill him, kill him, kill him.

Close second to repeated dialog is drunks shoving you. They annoyed the hell out of me.

I walked around for 20 minutes before I realized I was stuck in that room.

I put about 4 hours into the game and I was DISAPOINTED!!!! assasionating a person 6 feet in front of another person and the person doesn't assume I killed him untill he has walked within 3 feet of the dead body. I just didn't enjoy it. Should be nominated for why the hell am I playing this game award.

The drunks without a doubt. You're sneaking around and are just about to complete an assassination when some mentally disabled AI pushes you and you fall into a guard and suddenly you have 200 sword wielding henchmen trying to skewer your behind.
