Josh Krane, Jim Downs G4 etc.

Hey Scot I was watching todays show and it got me thinking. Frankly I think about this every time you mention G4 and/or Pseudo.

I know Jim Downs left G4 some time ago. What's he up to now?

Anyways you three use to host a great show on Pseudo called Gametime. You and Josh Krane did the noname show prior to the launch of G4 with Gringo.

Then you complain about what happened at G4 a lot even though all of you worked there. Did they ever try to back you up at all? Are you even keeping in touch with these people?

It's just bothering me that you had such a good history with Josh and everyone and I think you shouldn't (I don't know what I'm trying to say something like abandon, but not exactly) these guys.

All very valid questions and ones myself and many others would like to hear. I haven't spoken to Josh in a long time I have to say it's interesting that he's one of the few AGN people that appears to have stayed at G4.

Any further thoughts on this Mr Rubin?

The last things I heard about hardware whor.. err.. Josh were really really sketchy, as if moving to la la land really got to him.. >_>

Congrats to Mr. Krane though. From what I can tell he's done a great job at G4 with the specific things he's been responsible for, so it's well deserved and can't blame him for sticking with it if it's working for him.

Jim Downs had a pretty epic showdown with Wil Wheaton over Arena if I remember correctly, and everyone knows what Laura Foy's up to by default I suppose. Steph is still around on the internets signing up for everything Web 2.0.. Jaxx made it to CNN as a blog reader for a stint, then there was that Kuma War gig. Not sure what else she's up to now..

Random de-rail: I still remember when Josh Krane called Weeds' house to talk to him about his disruptive behavior on the G4 OT boards. I found that to be hilarious in its absurdity. Out of all the screw-ups in that place, you call the cranky old guy with a wife and kids whose worst offense was probably calling everyone else out for being stupid or doing stupid shit?

Yeah he definitely nosed into the forums stuff way too much when he clearly didn't know what was going on there community wise.. That was the main problem.
