DS PictoChat Clarafication

Ok i was browsing EBgames.com for something on another game and saw there DS section was up so I wanted to just see what they had so far...

then I was surprised to see they list PictoChat DS for 49.99...I thought it was bundled with the DS? :???: can anyone clear this up?
