is this a good game to get. i am a newbie ti the pc game world , but i am really starting to get into the swing of things. i was wondering if this was a good game to get?

o yeah its great but u need Battlefield 1942 to run it coz BFV is an expansion. However even tho tahat is a great game get ur self Call of Duty 1st.

I've heard its a bit of a dissapointment. I've not played myself. One of the complains I hear about is that it can take awhile before you find any action. If you want a great PC game that has awesome 1plaer and good fast multiplayer, I would suggest Call of Duty. It really is a fantastic game. Of course if you want BFV forthe jungle setting action then COD won't help ya too much :-D

Oh yeah the soundtrack to BFV is supposed to be pretty sweet, in COD there is no soundtrack other than the screams and shots of you comrades on the battlefield. :razz:

o yeah the single player is amazing, a bit short tho but if u don't play it ur gonna miss out on one of the sweetest games ever

This game was a dissappointment... a huge one at that... i suggest you do get Battlefield 1942 which is an awesome game but i won't recommend vietman... to put it bluntly it's just NOT GOOD... do youself a favor and download the Desert Combat mod for 1942 and buy something else with the money. :-)

You shouldn't put out false info like that, BF:V is NOT an expansion at all, not even close!.
I bet you haven't even played the game before, BAH
Get bf1942 instead, its much better.

No, it's a separate game. I don't think you'd pay $40 for an expansion.

I was going to buy it when it comes down in price, and I don't have BF1942..Was gonna say. :P
