Yep, it arrived in the mail yesterday along with Lightroom. My dad owns a company and actually billed the company as a "test project" to see if it would be helpful to the company to have it. So anyway, he's going to pay me to do some stuff, as well as me getting to use it for free (it's not cheap). i don't even know where to start

I have the Master Collection for CS3..There's like TWO DVDs of training videos. Start there.

I got the Red Wings to get me CS3, I can upgrade at CS5 again, they wont pay for CS4 and I'm not dying over only having CS3.

Believe it or not, I learned by using and if i had a question, I googled it.

I still fancy CS2, never felt the need to upgrade... mayhaps I will with CS4. Anywho, just keep playing around with it, best way to learn. There are also tons of tutorial sites, people have made tutorials for just about everything you can imagine.

Youtube is your tutorial friend for anything on the planet.

I believe one of the best tutorials is called "you suck at photoshop"
Search for that. The guy is pretty funny as well so you dont feel bored while you learn.
