Viewtiful Joe 2, GC or PS2?

I'm trying to decide. This is hard.

Gamecube version, mainly because it's alot better to play with the GCN controller.

There are few/no differences between them otherwise (or so announced).

Same as they said. I don't even have the first one yet but when I do get it then it will be for the GC. One its cheaper and two the controller is easier to control I think. The PS2 one(even though I have a 3rd party controller since my original broke, DAMN Omega Ruins in FFX!) is just a little bit to loose for that type of control if you ask me. I don't really care about playing as Dante either seing as I already do play as him, hence why I bought DMC 1 & 2 and will most likely buy the 3rd as well.

While there isn't a massive upgrade to the graphical quality, Clover appears to be getting more bang for its buck because of its richer visuals. You'll see more little touches crammed into the levels, such as particle effects and moving objects. The scope of the levels feels bigger as there are more open areas. The game looks and runs roughly the same on both the GameCube and PlayStation 2, although the GC has the edge with its cleaner visuals and faster loading. At the moment, both platforms have small patches of frame rate inconsistencies, but it's not that noticeable.
