Rep point error message

I get this message from time to time when I want to give rep points to someone.

Honestly though I don't see the point of the thing since does anyone really pay attention to it for what they think of someone else? Since most of us know each other from G4 chances are if someone has red bars then you already though poorly of them just like if they had multiple green bars. I mean does anyone ever go "oh well I was going to read what you said and give you as much consideration as so and so but you only have 2 green bars as opposed to his 4." Honestly to me all it seems to have done is piss a bunch of people off from people going "Go fuck (insert family member here)" because you like your city/state's sports team.

I've given negative rep points on a couple of occasions because I felt that the the poster was being an complete ass. Fortunately, those are few and far between so I don't hand out much. I don't care how someone has acted over at the G4 forums, but obviously I care how they act over here. If you make a great post I'll give ya some positive that's all I want to do.
