ARCHIVE (http://www.allgames.com/media/BobbyBlackwolfShow-111104.mp3)

Broadcast Schedule (All Times Eastern):

7:50PM - UK News with Chris "Kropotkin" O'Reagan - week of November 8th
8:00PM - The Bobby Blackwolf Show Episode #006 (Live!)

Q. How do I listen?
A. I will be broadcasting on All Games Radio (http://www.live365.com/stations/allgamesradio), the same Live365 stream that Scot used for his broadcasts. It will be a 32k mp3PRO stream, so even dialup users can listen in. You can use WMP, RealPlayer, Winamp, iTunes, or the Radio365 player to listen in.

Q. When does it start?
A. The live stream starts with game music at 7:30PM Eastern/4:30PM Pacific. There are about five minutes of commercials from Live365 before you connect to the stream, so connect early!

Q. How can I participate?
A. One of two ways - I have listened to Scot Rubin for many years on the way he reads chat room comments on the air, and I will be doing the same. I will be monitoring the #allgames.com chat room on GameSurge. You can connect to GameSurge via mIRC and go to #allgames.com, or you can go to the ever popular G4techTV Chat Room (http://chat.g4techtv.com/) and type /join #allgames.com

The other way is that I will be taking callers via a FREE VoIP program called Skype (http://www.skype.com/). All you need is a microphone and speakers. Skype works like any Instant Messaging service. The Skype ID for this show is bobbyblackwolfshow - add it to your Contact List and give me a ring. I will not answer right away, but I WILL answer eventually, right on the air. Be prepared, and keep it ringing!

THIS WEEK ON THE BOBBY BLACKWOLF SHOW:

American Chopper: The Game Delayed - The most anticipated game release for November 9th has been pushed back to November 23rd, forcing people who wanted great gaming action to pick up that online game starring that guy in the green armor. What are your thoughts on the whole situation? Did you attend the midnight madness sales only to find there was no Chopper to be had? And did you enjoy that game that you decided to get instead?

More Handhelds - Microsoft recently equated the PSP vs. DS war to the OS race. Sony is creating something like Linux, and is going after Nintendo's market, which is like going up against Windows. Microsoft is pleased that Sony is dividing it's attention between them and Nintendo, and Microsoft thinks that will help them with the next-gen console war. Do you agree? We've also finally seen the DS's "Thumb Cap" that allows you to play touchscreen games without a stylus and without putting your greasy palms all over the screen. We've also heard that the PSP will probably lower it's price down to $149 by the time it reaches the US in order to go head to head with the DS. The DS will come out in 9 days from the airing of this show, with the PSP a few weeks later in Japan. Are you excited yet?

Salespeople - We've all seen them and think they don't know anything. But have you ever run into someone who thinks they know everything, and then proceeds to thrust his "knowledge" upon you? Share your salesperson stories with us...I will be.

Plus, your live calls, gamemusic selections (including snippets from Halo 2!) and live chat comments! And as always, feel free to call in and bring a topic that's not listed here. Be sure to tune in Thursday night at 8PM Eastern/5PM Pacific!

BEFORE THE LIVE BROADCAST...

The AGR stream begins at 7:30 with musical selections, but be sure you're tuned in by 7:50 for the broadcast of AGR UK News by Chris "Kropotkin" O'Reagan for your roundup of what's going on across the pond. You can get more information at Kropotkin.co.uk (http://www.kropotkin.co.uk).

Ok so when I go sign into mIRC and give a bunch of letters as my name and email then this name as my nick, do I then hit favorites and then type in #allgames.com? Without the question mark there obviously. I have done that and no one has been in that chat room, unless it has just happened to be empty I suppose. And do I actually type the # or leave that out? I hate not understanding tech things.

BTW, have you ever heard the main song from Soul Reaver? I call it Raziel's Theme, while at other places online its called Kain's Theme or something else, but either way I think its a great song. As well as the Hitman 2 soundtrack, espeically 47 Makes a Desicion. The trumpets sound great. I have them on my comp if your interested for sometime in the future I can send them to you.

You need to make sure that the server you choose in mIRC is GameSurge. That's not the default server in mIRC, I think "Random US EFNet Server" is the default when you first install it.

I personally am not too familiar with mIRC (since I use a Linux IRC client) so I can't walk you through the steps, I'm hoping someone else can.

Well I got in and I see you in the chat as well, but I think your away. I set the server as GameSurge random server, and then I also set the network as GameSurge. Unfortuanatly someone took my name. Those bastards. Unless it was me from my other try logging on or something. Hopefully it was just that so I can get it back. Otherwise I'll have to put - that or something before and after it to use it. Thanks for your help.

Here's the archive (http://www.allgames.com/media/BobbyBlackwolfShow-111104.mp3) of the show.

It's not the best, mainly because we had the least amount of listeners this time around and most people weren't interested in calling in.

Next week, I'll be moving permanently to the 10PM spot, since we actually had a lot more people at that time. It's not fun for you guys to have to listen to me babble and ramble for an hour any more than it is for me to babble and ramble for an hour, because I don't have that much to say. :>

I'm currently listening to the first episode, and rather than bump the old topic, I figured here would be the best place to say: Great work. I'm thoroughly enjoying it, and plan to listen to past and future episodes.

I liked you better when you were a complete asshole. :P
