Anyone know anything about a new Linkin Park cd?

Well basically thats all there is. I have checked out their website and theres no info on it really and I haven't heard anything about a new cd. Its been about 16 months since Meteora was released and it was 18 months between Hybrid Theory and that one so I would think sometime soon. Or would hope so anyway. I suppose this one will be a while though since I haven't heard anything at all on it and its been so long already. So if anyone does know any info please post it. Thanks. :)

Why would you say that? They make good music. I mean their first cd hybrid Theory was still at the number one spot 7 months after it came out. They basically are one of the fastest rising bands in recent years since they went from being nobodys to just all of a sudden being an overnight hit. Its not like they have sold out or anything though. The only show I have ever seen them on is the MTV Music Awards, never on any late night talk show as the music act for some reason.

Just because the are popular does not mean they are "good" in other people eyes. I don't like there kind of music, or songwriteing.

Thank you Captain Obvious. I'm sure they are working on it now but my point was to see if anyone knows any details on it. Like I said its been 16 months since their second cd was released and I haven't heard anything about it. There was 18 months from HT to Meteroa and I knew it was coming out soon well before 2 months before its release. Thats why I am wondering if I just happened to have no heard anything on it, or if there really is no info at this time.
