I just saw this on cable last night. The animation kicked major ass. Production IG used computers to handle the animation, while the visuals still looked like traditional anime instead of CG. I wish more action anime used this technique.

That movie confused me when I first started watching I was like "Where's the Japanese?!"
I thought it was cool, but the ending was quite a let down, something else should have happened like insanity or something.
