Play-Asia.com scored a PSP in an auction held in Japan. They have a ton of videos & photos of the unit.
Enjoy. (http://www.play-asia.com/paOS-17-74-ox.html) :smt023

I can't wait. The only problem for me is battery life. any company that has ever competed with nintendos portable systems always have had crappy battery life

At Yodobashi Camera in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, more than 1,000 gamers had formed a line since Saturday, forcing it to open at 6 a.m., earlier than scheduled.Sheesh!

It's a running gag from my show. One of the first pictures of the PSP at E3 was held in such a way that made it look reeeeeeeally wide (he was holding it with two hands) so everyone assumed it was this massive device.

I'm afraid of ever getting one.. heh. It looks so fragile, and I'll be the first one to admit I can be careless, and it doesn't help that I have a 6 year old sister that likes to put her hands all over everything.
Oh well. I suppose we'll see. =/

BTW, for those that don't believe us, it's the last three pictures in this Gamespot news item (http://www.gamespot.com/news/2004/05/11/screenindex_6097116.html) that initially gave the impression of "PSP IS HUGE BOLOLO".

I think handhelds just need a new look hardware wise. That shit looks like a modern Game Gear.
