How much were you look to get for the video card? And will it work with Windows XP and 512 RAM? I have a Rage Pro 128 I think it is right now and its not really that great. I can play Age of Empires and The Sims, but I can't play Age of Mythology or Rise of Nations. At least the demos wouldn't work on my computer when I tried them even though the ones I mentioned above do. I'm just looking to upgrade it enough to play RTS games like those, I don't need, or want, to be able to play newer games like Doom III since I'm not a big PC gamer at all.

EDIT: wait I'm an idiot, thats a video card not a graphics card right? Damn I hate not being very computer savy. Heh I probably wouldn't be in this situation if I knew more about them in the first place. Anyone have a graphics card thats better then mine and for a decent price they want to sell?

a video card is the exact same thing as a graphics card.

there's just 2 names, meaning the exact same thing.

I told you I wasn't computer savy. I thought a video card would be for like running videos in a computer game or a DVD. And then the graphics card is for the actual game and the graphics. I don't try to hide the fact I don't know as much as many others here obviously know, so you can't really blame me.

So I guess my original questions stand then. Will that work with XP and is it better then my Rage 128 Pro(or whatever the exact name is). It probably is but I just want to make sure, like what year is it from?

its better than the rage 128, and it will work with windows xp.
