-Games
-Colors: This is an urban warfare game where you battle for supremacy of your turf, your hood. It's all about you and your rise to glory within the alternative universe of Colors.
Will you be one of the underground kings or will you be damned to always walk in someone else's shadow? Start crews with your friends and test your skills against others. Trade or do battle, it's your choice. This is a game for the mobile communication era that utilises every aspect of the Gizmondo functionality. It will set the standard for innovative games on this platform.
-Stuntcar Extreme: Stuntcar Extreme is a fast-paced arcade-style driving game, similar to the original Stunt Car Racer. This is the most extreme form of racing, and only the best of the best, or the craziest of the crazy participate in the hair-raising duels on the dangerous tracks.
The Player races against zany characters on various tracks with difficult hills, jumps and other stunt racing obstacles. The player has three different racing modes available to him: Arcade mode racing for quick thrills, ascending the ranks of stunt drivers in the Championship-mode or Multiplayer challenges via Bluetooth.
The game is set in the 1980s: the cars and overall look and feel of the game reflect this fashionable retro style. In the world of Stuntcar Extreme, Bullitt meets Cannonball Run - sideburns flaming! Extreme racing equals extreme fun!
-Speedgun Stadium: SGS - SpeedGun Stadium sets the player in the middle of a violent futuristic TV-sport. Armed with a force field and a firearm, the contestants must battle each other in different mazes and arenas, referred to as Stadiums, in ferocious competitions for highest kill counts.
The SGS competitions, hosted by Bill Sunday, are constantly watched in millions of homes as the favorite TV show since Who Wants to be a Millionaire. Bill, the announcer, comments on game events while the cheers of the audience are played through the speakers in the Stadiums. Success in SGS will bring the contestant the cheering of millions of fans, while falling from their favor dooms the player into a torrent of hisses and boos. The strong presence of the audience in the game is one of the elements which differentiate SGS from the run-of-the-mill FPS games.
SGS matches are played in three rounds of three minutes each, and they are occasionally interrupted by Match Events: shouts from the audience influence Bill to spice up the game by (for instance) making special weapons available, disabling player force fields or letting loose hunter/killer robots.
At heart, SGS is a futuristic first-person shooter much in the visual style and feeling of Unreal Tournament. The hero's only mission is to eliminate the enemies infesting the arena. To aid the character in this mission there are different weapons to be found in the Stadiums.
Colors: new game 17/03/2004
Meet Mikael Aastroem, who reveals secrets about the coming game!
Interview with Mikael Aastroem, Producer.
I: First things first, how is the game coming along?
M: It's going fine! I'm fortunate enough to work with some great talents and that's probably what saves my heart from pounding out of my body (laughs)! We are also cooperating with Fathammer to make sure that people can get a glimpse of this game as soon as possible!
I: When and where can we expect to see some gorgeous graphics from the game?
M: I don't want to make any promises as to when, other than very soon. We have some exclusivity deals to consider but this website will be among the first to receive stuff from us so my tip is to check it occasionally, or subscribe to the Gizmondo newsletter.
I: Colors gives the impression of being a very violent game, if this is so: what are your thought on criticism raised towards the games industry as being too focused on violence?
M: It's always easy to blame things on the entertainment industry, but when it comes to violent games and movies there are functional ratings. But parents often seem to forget that! I wouldn't want my kid brothers to play Colors, but neither would I like them to go and see an M-rated movie. And me, being a responsible relative, choose to respect the ratings given to me. And when it comes to the games industry being too focused on violence, I would say that it probably comes from our in-built fascination of being in power, the leader of the pack has to rise in power by violence, and that somehow still lives in our system. In real life we will never live these situations ourselves, but we can live them through games.
I: Can you give any hints as to when it will be released?
M: A release date will be given at E3.
Gizmondo
Gizmodo will launch in the UK this summer and worldwide this fall.
The Gizmodo's graphics looks as good if not better than the PSP's. More info will be revealed at E3.

Eve Mobile Gaming Console
The Eve Mobile Gaming Console is the world's most powerful and feature-rich portable gaming device, combining instant support for thousands of existing PC games with integrated wireless support and rich digital media entertainment playback capabilities that enable you to enjoy your favorite games, video, music, and photos wherever you happen to be.
Developed by Ministry of Mobile Affairs (MoMA), the Eve Mobile Gaming Console is based on the VIA Grace Platform comprising leading edge ultra-low power components and highly advanced hardware security features and features a stylish and ergonomics industrial design by the world-renowned Meyerhoffer Studios.
Functionality & Performance
Powered by the VIA Eden-N processor and VIA CN400 digital media chipset, the Eve Mobile Gaming Console delivers unprecedented levels of gaming and entertainment application performance in a handheld device form factor. Highlights include:
· Compelling PC Gaming Experience: The robust 2D/3D graphics engine in the S3 Graphics UniChrome Pro Integrated Graphics Core (IGP) enables a compelling PC gaming experience at resolutions of up to 640x480 on the device's 4" TFT screen.
· Rich Visual Entertainment Experience: Hardware MPEG-2 and MPEG-4 acceleration in the Chromotion CE Visual Display Engine ensures a rich visual experience when viewing films, videos, recorded TV shows, and photos in all the most popular file digital media formats, such as including MPEG-2, MPEG-4, wmv, avi, wma, and mp3.
· Immersive Audio Experience: With support for up to six channels, VIA Vinyl Audio delivers exceptional output quality through headphones or external speakers when listening to music, watching films, and playing games.
· High Capacity Storage: With its 20GB Hard Disk Drive, the Eve Mobile Gaming Console provides ample space for storing an extensive library of PC game applications and entertainment content such as recorded TV programs, movies, home videos, music, and photos.
· Secure & Convenient Online Gaming Downloads: With its integrated wireless support, the Eve Mobile Gaming Console delivers high speed connections to the GameDweller Network for fast and secure file downloads and on-line multiplayer gaming.
· Superior Connectivity: With two USB2.0 ports and CompactFlash Type II slot, the Eve Mobile Gaming Console can be easily connected to a PC, notebook, or home server, plus a wide variety of peripherals such as digital cameras and digital video cameras for the installation of gaming applications and rapid data transfers.
· PC Extendibility: With the installation of an external USB keyboard and mouse, the Eve Mobile Gaming Console further extends its functionality by being able to run a number of PC applications such as web browsing and word processing.
Small Size
The small size advantage of devices such as the GameBoy or N-Gage is counter-balanced by their inevitably small, relatively low-resolution screen that limits the quality of games and makes for an inferior video playback experience. While still fairly compact, the Eve Mobile Gaming Console integrates a larger 4" TFT LCD screen, allowing it to fit easily into a knapsack or carry-bag yet enabling a higher quality visual experience for gaming or watching movies.
Stylish Yet Practical Design
The duality of the sleek Meyerhoffer design makes a sophisticated style statement while lending itself for highly practical multi-purpose usage. Compared to a notebook, Eve offers a far superior ease-of-use experience in mobile environments, not suffering from the clumsiness and weight factors often associated with notebooks, as well as their lack of ergonomics in non-flat surface applications such as, ironically, upon one's lap. At the same time, the balanced case design of the Eve Console enables it to stand independently on a flat surface such as the table on the back of an airplane or train seat.
New Mobile Gaming & Entertainment Experiences
With its ability to play an extensive range of PC games and video, music, and photography file formats, the Eve Mobile Gaming Console opens up exciting possibilities for compelling new mobile gaming and entertainment experiences, including:
· Enjoying online multiplayer games over a wireless network from the comfort of a coffee shop or living room sofa
· Transferring a recorded TV program from the hard drive of a DVR, Set Top Box, or Media Center PC to the Eve Mobile Gaming Console so that it can be viewed on the morning commute to work.
· Storing favorite TV episodes or films on the console hard drive so that the kids can watch them on a long car journey.
