I don't know, I used to get rep good or bad almost every few days and it has been almost a month since someone last gave me rep. My posts haven't really decreased either. I still post about as much as I always did-- so yes-- one could say people care "less" about GIVING rep as they did.

Ah but you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. I mean just because someone may have red bars, or green ones, that doesn't mean they are going to say one type of thing all the time. Afterall peoples reps do go up and down. But what it seems like to me though is its the same few people using it on the same other few people. I'm not saying anyone is purposfully giving a few people good rep on purpose, I think thats just the way it happened to turn out. I mean notice how a few people have a ton of green bars and then the rest of us have like 2 or 3?
