Why? She didn't commit a violent crime and she is no danger to the public. While I don't think they should have prisons that are like a luxary resort, a none violent offender should never be put in anything above a minimum security prison. Most of you are probably just pissed because you watched her show once and you wear something she said was a fasion "no-no".
