It would be nice if we had a little current event or news forum where you can talk about what's goin' on in the world, important events, debate topics, talk about the presidental race, etc.

Yeah is this your first message boards or something? Thats what the "Off-Topic" or "General Discussion" boards are usually used for. In this case its called The Bar as Matrix pointed out. Put all your news related and political posts in there that don't fit into one of the other forums. :wink:
