Holy shit, if I was gay I'd definitely kill Clive Barker's boyfriend, marry him, and fuck him everyday until he bled profusely. I love this collection of short stories, to the point that I got it 11 AM yesterday morning and read halfway through the book by 8 PM, casually reading.
Out of all the stories, my favorites have to be "The Book of Blood," as well as "The Midnight Meat Train" and "Pig Blood Blues." The way this guy writes is understandable and elaborate, yet it can leave some parts to your imagination. This honestly has to be the best thing I've ever read.
Anyone else like Clive Barker or this book?
