Does anyone have any information or a possible early review of this game? IGN seems to be barren of it. Yet it comes out in two days. I'm sort of excited for it, so I'd like to see if it's going to be a waste of excitement...and money.

EA is not pushing hard on the promotion of the title in markets were soccer isn't big, the title was made for Europe, there's already a sequel in production, that may or may not be released stateside.

All sites point to a Feb 22nd release from Gamestop to EB Games.

I have been waiting for this game. I'm a big soccer fan so this game is the "ideal" street for me. You know that smile you get on your face when your watching a game and you see a sick move and you think "man I want to see this again" Well the whole damn game is that, I seriously cant get this stupid grin off of my face. And NO, the ball physics are fine. I can see where a player who only plays regualr football will complain but even then its nothing much. Get this game if your a fan of street. It's just good.

Granted, I'm playing in Ideal settings on a 42 inch HD tv and the game supports 720 p and runs beautifully in it. Some of the stages such as the New York City Stadium are gorgeous to look at with cars running in the background far surpassing the graphics of a game like NFL Street 2.

I also have a roomate who is usually up for a game, and with no Online features if you are playing Solo I can see it getting boring. But know this...this morning I played for three hours straight creating my character. The games are so short that it has such an addicting feel to it. You want to keep going to get the next best player on your team or raise your own players stats.

I see FIFA Street 2 rocking my world, but this one is a fantastic entry for the series. It's a lot of fun, if you go into it with an open mind. I didn't have that high expectations given some reviews, but the game really is a helluva lot of fun.

Sounds like I ought to give it a spin when I get the chance then. Thanks for the heads up!

It is out in my local KB toys (great games, great prices!)
