Bit predictable, but it's better than I and II's subtitles.

Please don't suck, please don't suck, please don't suck. Come on George at least make one new one that does the original trilogy justice.

Please include Jar-Jar. Please include Jar-Jar. Please include Jar-Jar. I'm the only person saying that, even if he isn't I can still get my Jar-Jar fix when the LEGO Star Wars game, which is really, really, really awesome, comes out spring 2005.

Im so glad they didnt give this movie a crappy title like they did with "Attack of the Clones". I liked the movie, but i hated the title. I have a feeling that this movie will not dissapoint. I dont know why, i just have that feeling.

Meh it seems to omply more then one if you ask me. I mean Revenge of the Sith makes it sound plural like there are a ton of them looking to get revenge, when in truth theres only Palpatine and Vader. And their not really "revenging" anything so to speak as they are just "rising up". I check out theforce.net from time to time and I like a title someone there came up with after Episode II came out. Its an obviously title but still good,Star Wars Episode III: Rise of the Empire. Its good because in this one the Empire will rise up with Palpatine declaring himself Emperor of the galaxy. But oh well its not like it matters really since I'll be seeing it still no matter what.

Nah they are avenging. The problem is Lucas has made these films for people who know A LOT about Star Wars lore that goes way beyond the movies. The Jedi eliminated the Sith order in the Sith Wars thousands of years before the films took place. Now, the Sith are doing the same to the Jedi.

Yeah but two people isn't really much of revenge if you ask me. I still like that Rise of the Empire better though since thats what will be happening basically. To bad he doesn't want to make a 7, 8, and 9 since I think it would be pretty cool if we got the chance to see Grand Admiral Thrawn onscreen. Plus I want there to be a character that uses both sides of the force. I hate less options this black or white with no grey inbetween stuff. I mean politically if your an independent you usually take what you like from both sides. In Star Wars your either "good" or "evil", which I don't like compeltly since the Dark Side has the cool attacks.

The Heir to the Empire trilogy is amazing. I'm reading it now. The Sith are only 2, so they have to use their minds, not firepower to win. Hence Palpatine spending years sneaking into the seat of power in the Republic.

As long as we see Darth Vader in the final scene, with James Earl Jones' voice booming out through the speakers, I will be a happy camper.

I never knew that. Did Lucas write that history himself or collaberate on it? I know that after Return of the Jedi, he allowed other authors/artists free reign to manipulate the Star Wars Universe after the events in Return of the Jedi but he never allowed them creative freedom to deal with the past history in that universe.

Yeah from what i understand he thought up everything. He did give free reign on the Expanded Universe stuff, but he of course can change anything those people wrote or history they thought up. I'm not sure but I think he may have some say to whether its "worthy" of the Star Wars name.

Well in some things it also gets mixed up and things change. Like in the series after Heir to the Empire I think it was, or maybe that one, Mara Jade tells Luke I believe that Vader lost his right hand because Palpatine took it from being pissed off about the destruction of the first Death Star. Yet in Attack of the Clones we know Anikan lost all of his right arm up to a little past his elbow. So things do contradict themselves sometimes. But of course only more hardcore fans would know, or care really.

Totally, the books do contradict, like Boba Fett's origins are different in the films as well. There's the whole story of how Yoda wound up on Dagobah that's not true either, him tracking the dark Jedi and killing him in the darkside cave. All of that will be answered in Episode 3 supposedly, so another contradiction. So many books and games, such a big universe, hard to keep it straight.

Yeah but its awsome none the less. SOOOO much better then Star Trek. The only series from ST that I really like is The Next Generation. Overall its just a boring series, I mean they just go around exploring and negotiating. Now thats all fine and good, but you need to have some type of action. Not to mention aliens that actually look like aliens. I'm sorry but a bunch of black people with ridges on their forheads do not qualify as alieans. Nor a guy with purple spots on his temples. I mean the most alien race in the entire series still looks mostly human, those guys with the really big curved ears and the sharp teeth. Oh well to each his own I suppose.
