For far to long, to many Christian internet users have been passive in dealing with many of these moral issues, believing that "Silence is Golden". But thank God, more and more of God's servants now realize that "Silence is not always Golden", it can also be down right "yellow"!

lmao, it can be yellow?

Legally Smuggling Bibles.

Holy fuck. :-|
You must haven't read the purpose of the whole website. It is really scary.
In response to the tragic killings of students and teachers, we have launched a national “Bibles Not Bullets” campaign to legally smuggle Bibles into the public schools of America! Consider this: There has never been one law passed to prohibit the distribution of Bibles in America’s public schools. It is lawful for young people to give “The Truth for Youth” Bible to other students in their school, on school grounds.

Oh god. The video is just too much. I hate how a lot of religious groups base themselves off of hate rather than love. It is sickening. There is so much fear induced in religion, too. That's why I'm agnostic. I want to live a fearless life. I'm not letting some god stopping me from doing something. I have great confidence that I have great judgement. I don't need spiritual guidance.

People like the ones who made these "comics" are the ones who give religion a bad name.

Yeah, we're all born fucked up. When Adam and Eve were created, they came without the burden that we have. They had something called the "preternatural gifts," which were immortality, freedom from concupiscence (the urge to do bad things), freedom from sin and ignorance, and ownership of Earth. However when Adam ate from the Tree of Knowledge we all lost the priveledge.

Also, Adam and Eve never really existed. The story just shows that there are limits on life. Some things you can't and won't understand. People just read the Bible too literally.

The Bible is meant to be a guide to living a positive and righteous life, and is in no way meant to be taken literally, as you said. There are far too many people on this Earth that take it for every word it spouts, and I find that to be more ignorant than anything else I encounter from day to day. I personally have no religion and am satisfied with that conclusion, yet I have respect for those who choose a path of faith as long as they recognize the reality of that faith, and not immerse themselves in the fanciful delusions and myths it provides.

I don't have a problem with religious people either as long as they fully understand the shit. There's way too many people in this country running around saying shit on the behalf of God based on their incorrect understanding of the Bible. For example, men and women are equals. In the Bible it does say that woman was made from the rib of a man or whatever, but that's not negative. Men and women both have duties and responsibilities; one isn't better than the other.

Taking religious beliefs too literal is real dangerous, IE: Buddhism. If you read the works of some of the guys who studied with Buddha it's real complicated and intricate, almost trickly and puzzle-like. If you don't understand it fully with an open mind you can really fuck yourself mentally.

Yeah basically Religon is a good thing, but if a person who is batshit insane gets a hold of it, he can turn shit around and twist things to make lovely lovely groups which fly planes into structures.

That was beautiful.

I am a Christian and I see a lot of people that take my religion and
a.) exploit it
b.) misinterpret it and spread lies
c.) force it on others

I see a lot of Christians who tell me the music I listen to is for satanists and atheists. Honestly, do you think offending my way of living is going to make me reconsider what I enjoy? Listening to death metal, black metal, heavy metal, or grindcore does not make me a satanist. If I start reading into the lyrics and begin adopting a philosophy from them, than you can call me one. Don't burden shit on me about liking rock music.

Thats the problem I have with most Christian's. They try to push there belief's through me. I don't care if someone has faith in any religion, thats cool. But when they try to force me to belive what they think (Through telling me i'm wrong, or trying to force beliefs through law and goverment), thats not right.

Not only is it the improper way to have someone consider religion, it's only going to make them ignore you more.

It's stupid how so many Christians have this rambo conversion mode.
