Test Drive is reborn

It's been a while since there was a Test Drive game that didn't suck. The former Accolade franchise is looking to turn heads with their next-gen racer Test Drive Unlimited. With Project Gotham 3 and the new Need For Speed game already revving their engines, it will be a tough race for TDU. These pictures may help catch your interest, although the high-res versions show some jaggies...relax, it's still in development.

I was going to say that those look wonderful if still a bit rough around the edges. I've always loved TD. How far into development is it?

Check out the new (http://xbox360.ign.com/articles/696/696215p1.html) preview IGN has for TDU. The game is looking even better now and it's really nice to finally see some pictures of some bikes. I'm really digging the helmet in the dashboard view in that one pic.

looks nice. I already have PGR and Burnout. That's enough racing games for me, until Forza 2 atleast :)

Well the big thing about TDU that will set it apart from other racing games is the online play. If you don't already know, it will be an MMOG-like racing game.
