Hey they gotta pay all 4 of them somehow. The show didn't really get that good until the 3rd season. If you buy it the first week it'll probably be $40 at Best Buy. What's the release date on that set anyway?

I am a HUGE Seinfeld fan, but that price has me taking a step back, at least until the release date when I'll probably pick it up anyway. I watch the reruns on my local station and can see some bits and pieces being hacked away for more commerical time, which will probably end up like MASH, where entire scenes are removed.

50 bucks?u know what i dunno..Sopranos charges almost $100 for one season..and the newer ones arent that great..Seinfield on DVD is good regardless..

Isn't that about average for a full season of a show? I seem to recall The Simpsons costing that much.

I've been looking for seinfeld DVD's for a long time but this is the first i've heard of a release... (i almost bought some vcds on ebay.. lol glad i didn't now)... I'll definately get it... that's $50 well spent if you ask me...

I think $50 for 16 Seinfeld episodes is definitely worth it. I've been waiting for a DVD release of this show for a long time.
