So where exactly is this allgames.com thing going? Is it going to become something like it was on Pseudo, or will it be just a personal home page for Rubin?

That's a good question KingKongSushi cuz I've been wondering the same thing.

Heh they won't tell us. I have asked a few times and each time Apulo was like you'll find out soon or something. Apparently they are going to be doing something soon that will get a big increase in members here I guess. Of course that was said like 2 weeks ago so I'm still waiting!
Anyway I was wondering if they were going to try to make this stie like IGN or GameFAQs, but I'm not sure. Its ok to swear here, within limits of course, so I have my doubts as to if it would be one of those though since they have some strict forum rules. Either way I'm willing to help out, I'm 19 so any type of legal stuff I'm good to go for. Heh and if its going to be like IGN, hey I'm looking for a job anyway. :D
this wont be ign or gamespot...why, they already do good at what they do... im doing something new.

Well I said GameFAQs not GameSpot. IGN is like a buisness site while GameFAQs is more of a fan type site where they don't do any actual reporting themselves so they don't need to pay anyone. How do you do something different if its not going to be like either of those?
I do have a question/suggestion though, are you going to be selling anything from the site? Like games strategy guides or stuff like that? That could be a way to get some revunue and I'm sure at least some people here will buy stuff. I would if I had a debt card, which I might get once I get a job. It might be something to look into if you can manage to pull it off if your not trying to be like IGN at all.
Im going to add amazon links, since i buy some thing from them and they actually get some decent prices on stuff. I don't want people to feel obligated to buy anything, but if they were gonna buy something from somewhere, it would help all games if they did it through a link.
I admit, this is mostly until the fall when things get ramped up here.

Yeah we keep getting all this talk from Scot and Apulo about how things are going to be "different" and we're going to get more members and all that, but so far everything seems to be hush hush and we're not being told whats going on. Heh as the regulars here I say we should be let in! It would be nice but then I suppose that would ruin the suprise. I hate waiting. It would be nice if I could actually click on some of these links though. I mean I put the arrow at the top of the screen over the blue where the links are and it goes to the hand, but when I click nothing happens. No matter how many times I click the link nothing pops up, even with my pop-up guard off. So I have no clue about that. When I get money and if I get that debit card, if Amazon had them cheap enough I might try buying some of The Sims games off of there.
On a completly unrelated note this is my 250th post so now I give out 5 rep points. Go me! ::throws himself a little party:: :D

Haha. The famous Fluffing technique. Always good for filling time. I wish I would've heard of AGN when it was around.

That would be kind of cool. I would love to try testing out some games. Well part of me does and part of me doesn't want to. I mean it would be cool to get to actually help in the creation of it with ideas or helping find bugs and all, but then part of me doesn't want to because it would spoil the suprise and its not a full version of the game, so if its a good story then cliffhanger!
Besides theres not many games I could beta test anyway since I like alot of Japanese developers and I don't speak Japanese or have any imported Japanese systems. One of my favorite series The Legacy of Kain series though is an American, or UK I forget, made game/series so that would be cool to test.
If I may ask though, when are all these changes supposed to be taking place? Or when will they be done by? I know you don't want to really give us any details just yet, but can we get a rough estimate of when we can expect them please? Heh afterall the regulars here are the ones who will be having to go through the most changes since we already went through some forum ones.

I knew it was just a joke, I just thought it would be pretty cool if we could. I know we're not going to get to do that, however much I'm sure some of us would love to.
I've done some beta testing before. I used to be an Activisioneer. It was pretty cool, but sometimes I had to work on games I just didn't give a shit about. It can be work sometimes since you have to be pretty detailed in bug reports, and a buggy game isn't always fun to play as a result. Still I take some pride in the fact that some of the suggestions I made found their way into Heretic 2, though I'm sure other testers had similar thoughts. Also my name is in the credits, w00t.
