I think they actually killed the boards enough that I could have fun posting there again...that is, if I actually had the time or interest.

As you said, though, pretty boring...and despite feelings regarding OT, even back in the day (I remember defending a lot of what was going on in OT during the mod meetings, when others out and out called it "the G4 shithole"), there were some pretty smart, smarmy types that posted in there that I found pretty damn entertaining.

I remember laughing for a good 5 minutes or so when ikickfish (sp?) put up his "guy with flaming penis" animated .gif avatar.
