LOVING this game. I was Cal-I with bf1942 and Vietnam (short though, game sucked.)
I plan to play comp this game aswell. It's gonna be a helluva lot of fun.

Pretty nice so far, I'm pretty surprised how fast it runs with details max (ingame anyway, I have problems with the main menu sometimes). I no longer get the "shooting at ants" feeling I had with 1942, but I still don't like driving the vehicles, not that very fun imho.

I really need a new graphics card, it's sad though that HL2 can support my NVIDIA CARD, which is a bad one, and BF2, a more modern-made game cannot..

I bought a new computer and graphics card just for this game, and im glad I did. It kicks ass, and I dont know how im going to have time for this and Conker on top of my regular list of bullshit to be done in a day.

my biggest complaint is the inablility to bind the delete and end keys. Those are ususally my prone and use keys. does anyone know how to bind those? When I try in the config page it says already in use. I know end brings up the console, not sure what delete does.

If you're playing with the arrow keys. Stop.

You'll be much happier. I used to use the arrow keys. But WASD offers so much more. It gives more options and nearby keys. Allthough, it does mean your arms ussualy have to be at an angle \o/ if you have a large mouse pad like me. But trust me, go to wasd.

concidering i'm left handed and i've been playing FPS's this way since Duke Nukem it's kinda hard not to. I've tried changing in the past, arrows are most comfortable for me.

i really like this game too. I've gotten the most kills when sniping or in a big tank. I cant fly those jets for shit. I can't find the helicopter anywhere though. I dont have any experience with Voice as either noone is using it or it doesnt work.
I wish there were more vehicles, just to get one from one place to another i hate walking and running is too short a burst.

I don't think that was the best map to demo with, there seems to be a lack of vehicles. What about all the civilian vehicles EA kept talking about? As for the helocopters, they are on the aircraft carrier if you are on the American side, there is a blackhawk and a cobra.

What do you guys mean more vehicles? Theres like 2 or three jets on the carrier, two choppers. And theres vehicles at almost every base. As for classes, im sticking with my tried and true Spec Ops. It was always my favorite class in DC until they ruined it in DC Final. They have a powerful and accurate gun with a huge zoom, not to mention how much fun the C4 is.

64 player servers are helluvafun. But after playing for a while I found some stuff that need some serious checking, especially the knife damage. While playing as special forces I killed half a squad with my knife, but I had to stab each guy in the back of the head 2 or 3 times to kill them...

Well, just got a hattrick for getting kick off a server for tking, when all I have been doing is planting mines behind our bases...

Surprisingly, I get alot of these high end games to run pretty decently on it.

yesterday all I did was strap C4 to the front of a car and drive around looking for tanks or apcs. when I found one I would drive into it full speed and detonate. it's pretty damn funny.

just wait.
Or go to a smaller game. I hate those large ones of 64, it's a skilless cluster fuck.

Well, I am not sure if BF2 supports your Graphics Card. If it doesn't, don't bother downloading it.

This game is so damn fun. It's killing my sleep time though. Last night I was up till 3am playing on a pretty good team. I think we need to find a group of allgames players that will work as a team. I still havent played a single game that had people using the headset. What about tonight Team allgames anyone?

Hell yeah. I have a headset and I was using it with some squad leaders the other night. Name a time and place. I am a good team member.

Well, I did bother, and it was all going good until the main menu was supposed to pop up. After it sat there for a minute, the screen went black, the program ended, and it reset my graphics card to 600x400 or whatever. Ifixed it and got rid of the damn thing.
