Found this over at AtariAge (http://www.atariage.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=69242)

Seems that up 'til now, no one had ever seen any games that went with this and this guy found two, in special cartridges. Apparently this was never released and only a few prototypes are known to exist.
its like winning the lottery finding something like this at a garage sale.

If you read the AtariAge link posts it says this was originally intended to be a premium for buying a set of Encyclopedias but the deal fell through at the last minute.
It was intended to be packed with educational titles which we all know are the "funnest" games to play ...

Makes me wish any of my three Intellivisions worked. One of them works until it overheats after five minutes.

That reminds me, I was over at VideoTopia (http://www.videotopia.com) headquarters last week in Perth Amboy and Jeff had an original "Frogs" cab circa 1978 which is an old black and white arcade game that used a very clever mix of colorful backdrops, painted glass and a reflective screen which eerily projects the video screen image onto a back glass so it has sort of a ghosting effect, it overlays perfectly onto the color backdrops and the game is essentially "Frog Bog" only with way better graphics and control.
I played the damn thing for about 10 minutes, you'd have loved it!
This is a game that simply can not be emulated in MAME to the full effect as the actual game rom is only really a small part of the experience.

Oh wow, that sounds amazing. I have to find it and play it now!

Definitely a gem find.
A shame to hear that BW's copies of IV have problems though.

i tore the top off of mine and used a 120mm PC case fan at a diagonal angle to the chipboard, fixed the problem
and as for the tutor vision, heh i havent seen one of those in a while
i actually know someone who has one, but its broken. they just keep it on top of there tv for the "awesome factor"
