So long Goodenow. You just weren't Goodenough. Good fucking riddance. (http://www.tsn.ca/nhl/news_story.asp?id=131693)

Muahaha the union's loss is complete. :smt029

That's what you get for flushing $1.2 billion down the toilet, jackass.

I won't be happy until Bettman quits too.

I'd like to see him gone just for the sake of letting everyone move on, but you know the owners have to be absolutely ecstatic with the outcome and his performance. He's not going anywhere unless he blows this "re-branding" opportunity first.

Good night, sweet prince, and flights of angels sing thee to thy rest.

Goodenow said Saskin was "uniquely situated" to take over given his work on the collective bargaining agreement. If this is Goodenow's view, then I'm doubtful if this guy will be any better.

Ted Saskin and his counterpart on the NHL side, Bill Daly, were the only breaths of fresh air in this whole process in my opinion. I have a more faith in him than in Bob "Fart around until the deadline and hope the owners cave on everything" Goodenow.
