What are your thoughts on this historic moment?

Personally I would have liked to see Bret knock Vince out again but so long as Bret is ok with letting the past remain in the past & move on, I'm fine with it. I just hope that Bret at some point ( On the DVD or on LIVE TV ) get's Vince to FINALLY say to Bret that he's SORRY & that HE ( Not Bret ) screwed up & never should have treated Bret that way after years of loyalty to Vince & the company. Giving Hebner the axe was a nice touch as well. It's just to bad that Bret can't beat the piss out of Michaels again like he's done in the past.

Wait, what happened now? When the hell was this, and they fired Earl Hebner?

Both Earl & his evil twin were fired a few weeks back for selling WWE merchandise without the companies permission & pocketing the money for themselves.

Hebner was awsome. He was th ebest official and now hes gone. :smt085 He'll probably be back at some point though.

Anyway whats this about Bret? Will he ever wrestle again or will he just do maybe a Bishoff Flair type deal where he becomes a GM or coaches someone and maybe once in a while gets physical? When did this all happen anyway?

That sucks. I loved Earl Hebner.

Now is Bret back to wrestle as well, or is it just for the DVD?

I believe he's only back to help with the DVD & maybe help promote it. There has also been talks of inducting Bret into the WWE Hall of Fame. With that handshake, it looks like it just might happen. Bret is done wrestling wise. Chances of him returning to action are ZERO. I doubt he'd be involved with anything else but ya never know. Maybe he'll get involved in the Hogan Vs HBK match & Screw Over the Boy Toy as payback for his part in the whole Screw Job at Survivor Series 97.

That would be awesome. You also got to remember when there was a time that no one thought HBK was going to wrestle again.

True but it was just a matter of Michaels to stop ACTING like he's hurt for him to return. There's no act in Bret being hurt.

Bret ruled back in the WCW and WWF days. Oh God, I miss those days.

yeah, I highly doubt that Bret is going to be fighting again, way to many concussions will do that to a person.

If Bret DOES return to action (not likely, but...), he should main event Survivor Series against HBK.

Not to mention the stroke that he had a couple of years ago too...:(

It should happen. Aside from the present inductees into the Hall of Fame, it would forever be incomplete without Bret Hart.

I can only pray that Bret Hart somehow messes with that match. As it is now, it appears pretty dull, even though it has two of the biggest names in the game.

Do we know what he is doing now? Is he still writing for the papers in Calgary?

Seem off-topic but any body who seen the last of RAW tonight or tomorow for those who see this past 12 am, he mentioned the Hitman...you actually think Hogan would call him?

After the show last night, JR said "We'll see you next week in Montreal!"

Uh-oh.
