WWE bans cool moves.

The reasoning behind this “ban” is the injuries that have occured to Chavo Guerrero and Paul London in the last year. This new “ban” is similar to the long standing ban on pile driver moves that WWE has. Its possible that bans on further top rope moves will follow.

Yeah, that had to do with being hung from the top of an arena by a cable.

Back in the old days of the NWA ( wCw ) they had a ban on Top Rope moves. They also use to DQ anyone throwing someone over the top rope. These things eventually return but they go away from time to time when someone gets hurt. Most of the moves used today ( if not done correctly ) can injure any wrestler at any time anyway.

Oh & the Hardcore title was as much of a JOKE as the Womens title. There's no need for that piece of garbage to return.

Heh if they ban top ropes moves doesn't that just kind of just eliminate the light weight division then? Some of the best matches I have seen were when the then WWF started their own light weight division and they had guys just flying all over the place.
