undefined Ok (sigh) I bought a PS2 for $149.99+Game+Controller+Online Package. So what makes a PS One worth $500? I know is portable but you can buy PS2+GameCube+Xbox+Games for the price of one PSP. Ohh yeah sony take this SONY :smt072 DIE!

why would anybody spend $500 for a system that plays games of old... at least that Game Boy crap is cheap. For that kind of money, somebody could get a kickass video card to upgrade their system.

He said it's takes a lot of work to make one, but if someone really wants one they could buy one for $500. He's just putting a price on the parts and labor that go into it.

Its a great idea. In fact its an idea that Sony should look into, but most likely wont happen. This guy must be a freakin genius to figure out how to do that shit. And for all the shit the guy has to do, 500 bucks is actually reasonable. But sadly i dont have 500 bucks to blow, and even if i did, i wouldnt buy it.

You can get a PSone with a screen for 50 dollars.
The thing is a big safety hazard. The disc slot isn't covered so if you accidently touch it you just lost a finger.

If hes so smart to be able to figure out how to make this thing, then why isn't he smart enough to figure out how to put a case on the back so the disk area isn't exposed? I mean really hen your not playing your consoles do you leave the tray open where the disk goes? No, so why would you want this to be left out in the open?
I can't wait until he gets sued though. Because he will lose if/when Sony sues him for copyright infringment. I mean he can't really think Sony is just going to sit by and let him make all this money from their product. That will be a fun day in court, he'll probably whine and cry about how it was his idea in the first place.
