Im guessing it's really old since everything on the site is focused on the year 2007.

Yeah, its been there, for quite a while. I thinks it's more of the marketing front-end for All Games (or was). The actual site is http://biz.allgames.com, and Blinkstyle is Ruke's company I believe...
